How P1 works, from membership to arrival
One membership, one operations team, and one standard in every market. The process is designed to reduce the coordination required of assistants and security teams, not add to it.
- 01
Become a member
Membership begins with a short introductory call, the Membership Agreement, and a minimum $25,000 prepaid annual service commitment. The full amount is available toward eligible P1 services, with no membership tiers and no expiring hours. Once the account is active, we send your P1 card with the account number and the 24/7 operations line, and invite the people who will book on your behalf.
- 02
Request a trip
An assistant, a security lead, or the principal can book a single trip or send a complete itinerary. Flights are linked to their pickups automatically, and the estimated cost is shown before anything is confirmed.
- 03
Receive the Movement Brief
The day before the trip, the people you designate receive the driver's details and credentials, the vehicle, the route, the timing, and the operations contact, so your security team knows exactly who is arriving.
- 04
Travel with live support
Authorized contacts can follow the trip in real time and receive an update at each milestone. If plans change, extending the day or adding a stop is priced and approved immediately.
Designed for the people who arrange travel as well as those who travel

- One standard for every member
- Larger members may receive additional reporting, API access, or custom billing, but every member receives the same drivers, vehicles, and protective standard.
- Travelers and bookers
- Principals, family members, guests, and staff travel under one membership, and assistants or security teams book on their behalf.
- Principal view
- A simple view for the principal showing who is driving, where the vehicle is, and a direct line to operations.
- Communication profiles
- Each person receives the updates they want, through the channel they prefer, and nothing more.
- Multi-day trips
- A stay of several days with multiple vehicles is managed as one trip, with one brief and one statement.
- Complete itineraries
- Send the itinerary and we coordinate the security vehicle, family and staff vehicles, airport arrivals, and advance work.
Updates tailored to each person
A principal may prefer two text messages a day, while a detail leader wants to know about every exception. Select a profile below to see exactly which updates it sends and through which channels.
Quiet hours: updates that are not urgent are held overnight and delivered as a single morning email. Each person can choose a profile, and the membership sets the default.
