What your team needs to know before the vehicle arrives
The day before every trip, the people you designate receive a one-page brief covering the driver and their credentials, the assigned vehicle and its verified equipment, the flight, the route, and how to reach operations.
A sample brief, section by section
Each section answers a question your team would otherwise need to call about. Select a note to see what each section covers and why it is included.

Delivered on time, kept current, and held in confidence
Delivered the day before
The brief is generated the day before the trip, once the trip is confirmed and every driver and vehicle is assigned. It is delivered by email, with a link by text message.
Always current
If a driver is reassigned or a stop changes, the brief is regenerated. Anyone who opens an earlier link sees the current version, clearly marked as updated.
Sent to the people you designate
Assistants, security leads, family offices, and flight departments. Every recipient is listed on the trip record.
Confidential by default
Each brief is shared through a secure signed link, every view is recorded, and every page carries a confidentiality notice.
One printable page
Formatted to be read on a phone in a hotel lobby or printed for a protective detail's advance folder.
Verified information only
Driver credentials and vehicle certification come from P1's certification records, and the vehicle's equipment is confirmed during the driver's readiness check.
Each person sees only what their role requires
The same trip appears differently to the principal, the assistant, the security lead, the driver, and the flight crew. Access is based on each person’s role and relationship to the trip, and temporary access expires automatically.
