Protective transportation for every trip, under one membership
P1 Membership gives your principals, family, and staff a security professional at the wheel of every trip, with the planning, visibility, and oversight of a protection operation and none of the footprint of a full detail.
Most executive travel falls between two options that do not fit
A chauffeur service is comfortable but offers no protective capability, and a full protection detail is capable but too heavy for everyday travel. As a result, most principals spend most of their time on the road with a chauffeur. P1 was built to close that gap.
Built for hospitality
Executive car service
A well-kept vehicle and a courteous chauffeur, which suits comfort and punctuality but leaves the protective side of the trip to someone else.
Chauffeurs are hired and trained for service and driving, not for protective driving, threat recognition, or emergency medical response.
Trips in other cities are often passed to affiliates, so the driver, the vehicle, and the standard change from one market to the next.
There is rarely a route review, a staging plan, or a brief for your security team, who often end up briefing the chauffeur themselves.
Assistants call the driver or a dispatcher to learn where the vehicle is and when the principal will arrive.
Dark suits, black sedans, and name boards at the curb or the FBO announce that someone important is arriving.
Protective ground transportation
P1 Membership
A security professional at the wheel of every trip, with the planning, visibility, and oversight of a protection operation and the ease of booking a car.
Every driver comes from law enforcement, the military, or executive protection and is trained in protective driving and emergency medical response.
One written standard for drivers, vehicles, equipment, and procedures, applied the same way in every market.
A Movement Brief before every trip, live tracking for the people you authorize, and a 24/7 operations center behind it.
Vehicles and attire chosen to blend in, with planned staging and no name boards.
Agents, advance work, and additional vehicles can be added when a day calls for more, and drivers work comfortably inside an existing detail.
Built for elevated risk
Full protection detail
A team of agents, a security driver, and advance work, which is the right answer for a specific threat or event and more than most days require.
Long minimums, staffing commitments, and lead time make a detail impractical for an airport run, a dinner, or a day of meetings.
Several agents and vehicles create a visible footprint that can draw the attention the detail is meant to avoid.
Coverage depends on one firm's reach, so travel to another city often means a new vendor, new vetting, and a new standard.
Many principals and families find a full team intrusive for everyday life, so it tends to be reserved for a few days a year.
The rest of the year, the principal often travels with a chauffeur and no protective capability at all.

Member benefits
What every member receives
There are no membership tiers. Every member, whatever the size of the account, receives the same drivers, vehicles, and support.
A security professional on every trip
Drivers with backgrounds in law enforcement, the military, or executive protection, credentials verified and renewed annually.
The whole household under one account
Principals, spouses, children, guests, and staff travel to the same standard, with one set of preferences and one statement.
A Movement Brief before every trip
The driver and credentials, vehicle, route, timing, and operations contact, delivered to the people you designate.
Live visibility for your team
Assistants, security leads, and family members follow the trip in real time and are updated at each milestone.
Pickups that follow the aircraft
Pickups are linked to the flight and re-timed automatically for early, late, or diverted arrivals.
A 24/7 operations center
Every trip is monitored from pickup to drop-off, and the operations team acts on delays and changes before they reach you.
Medical readiness
An AED and a professional trauma kit in every vehicle, and a driver trained to use them.
Discretion by design
Late-model SUVs in discreet colors, business attire, planned staging, and no name boards at the curb or the FBO.
Additional resources on request
Close-protection and advance agents, support and family vehicles, Sprinters, and luggage vehicles under the same membership.
Works alongside your detail
Drivers understand staging, agent communication, and vehicle positioning, and the brief goes to the detail leader before arrival.
Approvals your way
Preapproved limits let routine changes go ahead on the spot, and anything beyond them goes to your designated approver.
Clear records
An itemized receipt for every trip and monthly statements by traveler and by trip, all in the member portal.
How membership works
One prepaid membership for every trip
P1 Membership begins with a minimum $25,000 prepaid annual service commitment. The full amount is available toward eligible P1 services. Member pricing and national network access are provided for an initial 12-month term.
Each trip, including any additional agents or vehicles, is drawn from the prepaid balance with an itemized receipt, and monthly statements show spending by traveler and by trip.
No membership tiers
No expiring hours
No use-it-or-lose-it balance
If you decide to close your account, your eligible unused balance is returned under the terms of your Membership Agreement.
Early termination requests during the initial commitment period are subject to the Membership Agreement and may include an early termination adjustment.

Common questions about membership

P1 Membership begins with a minimum $25,000 prepaid annual service commitment. The full amount is available toward eligible P1 services. Member pricing and national network access are provided for an initial 12-month term. An executive car service is built around hospitality, and its chauffeurs are hired and trained for service and driving rather than protection. Trips in other cities are often passed to affiliates, so the driver and the standard change from market to market, and there is rarely a brief for your security team or live visibility for the people responsible for the principal. P1 keeps the comfort and simplicity of a car service and puts a security professional at the wheel, with every trip planned, briefed, tracked, and supported around the clock.
A full detail is the right answer for a specific threat or event, but its minimums, staffing commitments, and lead time make it impractical for an airport run, a dinner, or a day of meetings, and several agents and vehicles create a visible footprint. In practice, most principals reserve a detail for a few days a year and travel with a chauffeur the rest of the time. P1 covers those everyday trips with a trained protective presence, and when a day calls for more, close-protection and advance agents can be added under the same membership.
The member rate schedule, rates for additional agents and vehicles, cancellation terms, and the Membership Agreement are shared after you submit a membership request, as part of an introductory conversation about your principals and the markets you travel to. The member rate is the same in every market, there is no surge pricing, and the cost of every trip is shown before it is confirmed.
No. There are no expiring hours and no use-it-or-lose-it balance. The cost of each trip is deducted from the prepaid balance, with an itemized receipt, and when the balance runs low, your billing contacts are notified and can replenish it from the member portal.
Yes. The full amount is available toward eligible P1 services. Additional close-protection and advance agents, on-site ground managers, support and family SUVs, Sprinters, and luggage vehicles all draw on the same prepaid balance, and each appears on its own line of the receipt. Monthly statements break spending down by traveler and by trip.
Yes. A full day with the driver is booked as one trip, from the scheduled pickup to the final drop-off, and a multi-day stay, such as a week in Aspen, can keep the same driver and vehicle throughout. A stay with several vehicles is coordinated as one itinerary, with one brief that covers every day and vehicle, and one statement.
Early termination requests during the initial commitment period are subject to the Membership Agreement and may include an early termination adjustment. If you decide to close your account, your eligible unused balance is returned under the terms of your Membership Agreement.
P1 Membership is by request. After you submit a request, we contact you within one business day to arrange a short introductory call about your principals, the markets you travel to, and how you travel today, and we share the rate schedule and terms. The next steps are the Membership Agreement and your prepaid annual service commitment, a minimum of $25,000. On activation, you receive your P1 card with your account number and the 24/7 operations line, and your bookers receive access to the member portal.
