Information held in the P1 platform, including the member and provider portals, the vehicle devices, tracking links, and Movement Briefs, is governed by your agreement with us: the Membership Agreement for members, or the Provider Agreement for certified providers.
How the platform protects that information: Security and PrivacyWhat we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us, together with the basic technical information that every website receives.
- Membership requests
- Your name, title, and organization; the type of organization you represent; your email address and phone number; your primary markets; your expected annual commitment; the services you need from P1; and any other information you choose to include.
- Provider applications
- Your company's name and contact details, the markets you serve and the services you offer, the approximate number of eligible vehicles and protective personnel you have, your insurance status, and any message you include.
- Your email address and the contents of any message you send us.
- Technical information
- Your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our hosting provider receives this information with every visit in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Please do not use these forms to send details about a principal, such as itineraries, addresses, or medical information. Once an account is open, we collect the information we need through the account.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation with you.
- To evaluate a membership request or provider application, and to establish and manage any relationship that follows.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising purposes, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Who has access to it
- Our team
P1 staff who handle membership requests, provider applications, and operations can see the information you send.
- Our email delivery provider
Form submissions may also be forwarded to our team by email through an email delivery service.
- Our hosting provider
Our hosting provider serves the website, securely stores the information you submit through our forms, and receives the technical information described above.
These providers process information on our behalf, for the purpose of providing their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete them once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

To make a request, email ops@p1driven.com, ideally from the address you used to contact us. We will acknowledge your request and respond promptly. We may first ask you to verify your identity, so that your information is never disclosed to someone else.
Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We honor the requests described above from everyone, wherever they live.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for organizations and the professionals who arrange protective transportation. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will state that clearly on this page.
